About Us

Football Memories Scotland has its headquarters at the Scottish Football Museum at Hampden Park, Scotland’s national stadium.

The world-leading project enables those living with Alzheimer’s and dementia to reminisce over a golden era of football, using the power of imagery and memorabilia to trigger discussions and long-term memories. A national network of trained Volunteers supports the delivery of groups in all corners of the country.

Football Memories is a partnership between Alzheimer’s Scotland and the Scottish Football Museum.

The Scottish Football Museum manages a collection of national and international importance and is open to the public following the global pandemic. Please check the website for the latest opening hours and stadium tour times.

Below you can find information on the resources we produce that are available to the network of Football Memories groups nationally.
